Our partnership brings together a shared vision and complementary expertise from Anthony Rizzo, Mark Gazda, and Javier Artavia Cappella. With over 17 years of experience as a licensed veterinarian, Javier has built his career around improving clinical outcomes and advancing the quality of care. What began as a passion project between Javier and Anthony has grown into a broader initiative focused on expanding access to modern medical technology in underserved and emerging markets.

While our current efforts are centered in Costa Rica, our vision reaches across Central America and into other growing regions. We are committed to bridging the gap between advanced Western medical innovation and the healthcare providers who can benefit most from it, empowering them with tools that support faster diagnoses, stronger treatment plans, and improved patient outcomes.

By combining real world clinical experience with a forward thinking approach to innovation, we aim to support doctors, clinics, and healthcare systems in delivering a higher standard of care and an overall better patient experience.
